Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive the product. If it has been 30 days since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
In some situations, only a partial refund (if any) is given.

Delivery
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
